If there’s a war in the board room, it doesn’t matter what kind of revival we’re having in the sanctuary. If the infighting continues, it won’t be long until there’s a coup d’etat or a resignation.
If you don’t structure your church in such a way that the saints are doing the ministry and you’re equipping the saints for ministry, what you’ll convince your people of is that they pay you to do ministry for them and they receive it all from you.

I still can’t believe this! All this hype for something so ridiculous! … I want something new! I want them to think differently! Why oh why would they do this?! It’s so wrong! It’s so stupid!
My best advice is to always hire someone more competent than yourself.
Salvation is free, … but discipleship will cost you your life.
Leaders…trust me, we CANNOT underestimate the power of saying “thank you.” -
People don’t prepare for success. They have a plan for failure. Some people fall under the weight of success. If you aren’t preparing someone to take your place, you aren’t planning for success. You are expecting failure.
“Anything that God has ever done at any other time, He can do now. Anything that God has ever done anywhere else, He can do here. And anything God has ever done for anyone else, He can do for me.” - A.W. Tozer
To lead a continually growing and impacting ministry demands that I develop more and more leaders to do what I was once able to do alone.
If you want to change people, you must create enough leverage to encourage the change to happen.
